PACTESUR European Week of Security

In the framework of the PACTESUR project, the third and final European Week of Security will be hosted by the City of Liège (Belgium) between 2 and 6 May, 2022. The Liège Police Academy will also take place the same week.

Bringing together European local stakeholders, police representatives and experts, the European Week of Security is a major dissemination event for PACTESUR, contributing to raise awareness among citizens and local politicians on their role in crime prevention and as security actors. The event will also be an opportunity to present the project’s main results and exchange with the representatives of the Expert Advisory Committee and Associated Cities on their experience in protecting public spaces across Europe. The project already held two previous Weeks of Security, in Nice (2019) and Turin (2020).

The programme includes several sessions open to the general public.
