> Assistant – Events and Logistics (part time) 

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director, the assistant will be responsible for the logistical organisation of the European Forum events: meetings, seminars, project missions, web conferences, etc.
specifically :
● Contact and negotiate with service providers (restaurants/caterers, interpreters, hotels, etc.);
● Exchanging with partners to organise their travel and accommodation;
● Preparing documents related to the events, such as thank you letters;
● Supporting the communication department in preparing materials for the various events;
● Organise the logistics of webconferences.

Profile:
● Professional English and French essential;
● Capacity to multitask;
● Autonomy, sense of responsibility;
● Excellent sense of contact;
● Rigour and ability to work with deadlines;
● Knowledge of web conferencing tools;
● Excellent knowledge of the Office pack.

Part Time & flexible. Remote possible.
Remuneration according to experience.
Available to start immediately.
Position based in Paris 20th arrondissement.
