Evaluation tool
SOLIDIFY designed an evaluation tool that was presented, discussed and tested several times by the partners over the course of the project. The tool is structured around three topics: public security, public health, and legal framework. Furthermore, a section examines the European Union’s minimum quality standards.
The project consortium wishes this evaluation tool be considered as a proposal that can be developed, adapted and improved in the future.
The tool is available online on the website of the Utrip institute for research and development on health:
- For municipalities that do not have an SDCF and are planning to open one
- For municipalities that already have an SDCF
