Understanding sociological, political and economic issues underlying problems of urban security, identifying the interdependency areas between actors to understand the modalities of their cooperation, promoting participation and involvement of residents, analysing, evaluating and transferring professional practice models…. These are only some of the key objectives of the training program “European Executive Master in Urban Security – EEMUS” that the Efus and five partner universities have developed during two years of cooperation and will present in Toulouse on September 28th.

With this training program proposal, the Efus, the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Toulouse and the universities of Maribor (Slovenia), Liege (Belgium), the Open University of Catalonia (Spain) and the Technical University of Berlin (Germany) wish to facilitate cooperation between various institutions at European level, to encourage mobility of teachers and students and to offer internships within major European cities and with private partners.
