The Consultation and Orientation Council and the Board of the ICPC met on 29-30 November in Paris. These meetings were followed by the colloquium in celebration of ICPC’s 10th anniversary on 1-2 December.

On the occasion of this colloquium, Mr Terence Hunsley announced that he was giving up his duties as Director General. Mr Daniel Sansfaçon, Deputy Director General, will take over as interim director until May 2005.
The ICPC welcomed two new countries into its network: Argentina and Chile.
