Robin Caroff is Project Leader for the mobile application App-Elles, developed by the association Rensonantes. App-Elles is the first French mobile application supporting female victims of violence. It allows the alerting and rapid contacting of close contacts, aid, professionals and all available aid in an area. Available in more than 13 countries, App-Elles centralises and relays local information and national facilities. App-Elles is a supplementary tool to relief-services and a unique access point to all aid resources and existing information.
