Head of Security Sector Reform & Migration, CIVIPOL (France)

Sebastian holds a degree from Sciences-Po Paris and the University of Mannheim, where he studied economics and political sciences. After five years as a project manager at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, he joined the European Forum for Urban Security (Efus) as a programme manager. He joined Civipol in 2016 as a project manager and in 2018 became head of the People Movement and Migration unit, where he is also responsible for Reform of the Security Sector.
