Maureen Moriarty-Lempke

Maureen Moriarty-Lempke PH.D is an urban planner with 25 years of experience in international development and specializes in human security issues in conflict-affected urban areas. Her most recent research is related to terrorist financing and the intersection between infrastructure provision and human trafficking. Maureen currently serves as a Senior Fellow at Duke University’s Program in International Development Policy teaching courses related to planning, conflict, and human security and a Senior Associate in Land and Security at CDA Collaborative Learning.
