Vice-President, Fédération Addiction

Martine Lacoste has been vice-president of the organisation ‘Fédération Addiction’ (Addiction Federation) since 2006. She is also Director of the regional association Clémence Isaure in Toulouse. She is particularly engaged and knowledgeable in the field of risk-reduction, and she recently led the seminar cycle on the power of social mediation and the relationship between locally elected officials and the community on the resolution of urban conflicts linked to the trafficking and consumption of psycho-active substances.
