The European Forum for Urban Security is pleased to invite you to the Second symposium on Drug Consumption Rooms (DCR) which will take place on 1 July in Strasbourg, France, at the Council of Europe.
In continuity with Solidify’s initiatives and the first symposium on DCRs (April 2019), this event seeks to further discuss European experiences regarding drug consumption facilities, related innovations and challenges, through a series of panel discussions and workshops.
Efus and Correlation Network, co-organisers of the symposium, will moderate the session on the opportunities and challenges of opening a safer consumption room from the point of view of the community and professionals.
