In the framework in the SPARROW project, Efus is looking for an expert to conduct a gap analysis and identifying best practices for critical infrastructure resilience during digital breakdowns, culminating in the “Gap Analysis and Best Practices Report” by September 2025.
The key tasks will include:
- Analyze critical infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Research best practices and resilience strategies.
- Engage stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and consultations.
- Deliver final findings in a comprehensive report.
The expert will need to have EU knowledge and project experience, with strong communication and facilitation skills as well as an academic background in crisis management, cybersecurity, or urban planning.
