The General Assembly of Efus will take place in March 2021. A key moment in the association’s life, it is the occasion to collectivelly determine the yearly objectives for the network. This year, Efus has decided to open part of this gathering to the public in the form of online sessions, in order to foster the exchange of ideas and practicies between security actors. The sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Monday 15 March, 16:30-18:00: Efus statutory General Assembly meeting and elections (only for Efus members)

  • Tuesday 16 March, 16:30-18:00: New Leipzig Charter: an opportunity for cities and regions to include urban security in sustainable development strategies –

Organised in partnership with the German Forum for Urban Security (DEFUS)

  • Wednesday 17 March, 10:30-12:00: Parallel working sessions for the preparation of the international Security, Democracy and Cities conference (only for Efus members)

  • Thursday 18 March, 10:00-12:00: Cities and regional authorities : the cornerstone of the protection of rule of law within the EU
