He previously worked in the UN Counter-Terrorism Implementation Task Force, the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism of the Organization of American States, and the Terrorism Prevention Branch of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). He holds a Law Degree and a Masters Degree in International Relations and Security.
